Management Department

Objectives

  • The Management Department trains marketing managers, management controllers, financial and human resources directors and entrepreneurs. Indeed, many of UFE’s alumni have created their own company in the IT services or in business consulting. While half of the graduates work in Egypt, notably in French companies (Alstom, Colas Rail, Crédit Agricole, Ratp, Décathlon), many alumni hold positions of responsibility in Europe and more particularly in France.
  • The department’s learning methodology allows the development of team spirit with the implementation of thematic business games throughout the training (business recovery, conquest of new markets, etc.). All students are also accompanied during their studies on a social entrepreneurship project that puts our future leaders in line with the sustainable and social development issues of the Egyptian economy. This project is based on the development of the UFE incubator supported by the Safir project and the European Union.
