The main objective of the University is to provide a trilingual training of excellence that leads to the award of French and Egyptian national co-degrees and double degrees. These degrees are delivered in accordance with the Bologna process and in conformity with the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).

The French and Egyptian national co-degrees and double degrees awarded by UFE are designed to be fully integrated into the Bologna process framework. This means that the study programs are structured according to the principles of the European reform of higher education, guaranteeing compatibility and comparability of degrees on an international scale.

The European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) makes it easier for our students to have their credits recognized and valued when they continue their studies at other higher education institutions in Europe. This offers them greater academic mobility and strengthens their employability on an international scale.

This orientation is in line with the preamble and article 10 of the intergovernmental agreement, giving the University the responsibility of issuing Egyptian and French national co-degrees and double degrees. These degrees must be approved by the competent national authorities and are aligned with the Bologna process and the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).

The programs are developed within several academic departments attached to faculties.
