Tuition frozen until graduation, subject to passing each year.

Exceptions:

Foreign students treated as Egyptian students, in accordance with Egyptian ministerial regulatory provisions, will pay their tuition fees in EGP.
Syrian, Palestine and Sudanese students are treated as Egyptians, that is, paying the same fees as Egyptian students.

Payment currency (EGP / Euro / USD):

Egyptians and equivalents: EGP
Foreigners living in Egypt for 5+ years: EGP (according to the exchange rate of the day of the fees payment)
Other Foreigners: Euro (or in the equivalent in USD).

- Insurance: 0 months
- Total: Equivalent to 4 months’ worth of payment

Scholarship & Discounts Policy

Merit scholarship for fresh students in Bachelor’s degree Programs

Will apply only to students that are high school graduate in 2026.
Scholarship maintained until graduation, subject to passing each year with a minimum GPA of 14/20.

2.Merit scholarship for years 2 to 5:

The Board of Trustees approves the implementation of 6 sports scholarships for the 26-27 academic year.

§ The scholarship does not include:

o The insurance fees;

o The partner university fees

o The accommodation fees (if required)

o The transportation fees (If required)

§ Discounts and scholarships cannot be combined: only the highest discount or scholarship will be applied.

Discounts

Partnerships	10% for employees (sons & daughters) of certain partners that provide support to UFE
Siblings and Alumni	5% for current student siblings or for 1st degree alumni relatives (brothers/sisters/sons/daughters)
UFE employees	50% with no consideration for any other discount or scholarship
International students	• 15% for foreigners living in Egypt for 5+ years • 170 USD paid application fees on “Study in Egypt” will be deducted from the tuition fees

In case of more than one protocol, will be chosen the highest discount only.

General Conditions

Status
- Full scholarship covers tuition fees, admin fees and transportation - students will pay the insurance fees only + dorms if needed
For fresh students and for 26-27 academic year only, add up of discounts, with a ceiling of 30%, except for Merit and Sports scholarships, and UFE employees discount.
For the following academic years, no add up of discounts and scholarships: keep only the highest discount or scholarship,
In the following year, there is an exception for Siblings & Alumni 5% discount, it will be added to other scholarships or discounts with a ceiling of 20%.

Refund Policy

For early admission:
- Full refund of deposit till August 31^st. From September apply the general rules of refund of the Ministry.

General rules (according to Ministry regulations):
- 10% deduction of what have been paid before beginning of the semester.
- 50% deduction of what have been paid within a month of beginning of the semester.
- 100% deduction of what have been paid after a month of beginning of the semester.
