Bachelor of Hospitality Management
Overview
The Bachelor of Hotel Management is a 3-year program that offers an international degree in partnership with Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne University, taught in English. The degree covers key sectors like food and beverage, accommodation, destination, brand management, and event management, preparing students for entry-level managerial and supervision roles both locally and internationally.
The first two years focus on foundational subjects such as economics, management, law, computer science, and foreign languages. In the third year, students gain skills for mid-level management positions in hospitality and tourism, including team leadership, personnel and revenue management, marketing and sales management, human resources, and service quality supervision.
