General Annual Tuition Fees for New Master’s Students

The general annual tuition fees payable by newly enrolled students at UFE for the 2026–2027 academic year, at
Master’s level, are set according to the following fee schedule:

In addition to the above-mentioned general annual tuition fees, students shall, depending on their situation, pay fees due to partner French universities, administrative fees, insurance fees, fees for specific services, as well as transportation and/or accommodation fees. The institution’s management is responsible for establishing a fee schedule covering all these fees and communicating it subsequently to the Board members

Exceptions:

Foreign students treated as Egyptian students, in accordance with Egyptian ministerial regulatory provisions, will pay their tuition fees in EGP.
Syrian, Palestine and Sudanese students are treated as Egyptians, that is, paying the same fees as Egyptian students.

Payment currency (EGP / Euro / USD):

Egyptians and equivalents: EGP
Foreigners living in Egypt for 5+ years: EGP (according to the exchange rate of the day of the fees payment)
Other Foreigners: Euro (or in the equivalent in USD).

Application Fees: ( Non - Refundable )

1,500 EGP for Postgraduate applications
1,500 EGP for Egyptians.
75 Euro for foreigners.

Discounts Policy:

Note:

In the event of eligibility for several discounts, discounts may not be combined. Only the highest discount shall be applied.

Early Admission Campaign:

An early student recruitment campaign shall be organized from January 15 to May 31, 2026. It entitles applicants to a discount, subject to payment of a deposit according to the following schedule:
Discount: Egyptian and equivalent-status applicants: 20,000 EGP. Foreign applicants: €350 (or the equivalent in US Dollars).
Deposit: Egyptian and equivalent-status applicants: 25,000 EGP. Foreign applicants: €450 (or the equivalent in US Dollars).

General Conditions

The full scholarship covers only the general tuition fees mentioned in above.
Discounts and scholarships may not be combined: only the higher discount or scholarship shall be applied

Refund Policy

Up to August 31, 2026: full refund of the deposit paid during the early admission period.
From September 1, 2026, the general refund rules of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research shall apply:
1. 10% deduction from the tuition fees paid, before the beginning of the semester.
2. 50% deduction from the tuition fees paid, within one month after the beginning of the semester.
3. Full retention of the tuition fees paid, after one month following the beginning of the semester.

Other Cases of Refund:
Accommodation and transportation fees refunds are not allowed if requested after the end of the 1st week of the semester.
In case of a refund request, the refunded amount will be via bank transfer after providing the guardian with clear bank details, and it will take 10 working days. Bank Transfers are only issued in the name of the applicant’s legal guardian.
